Carla Yee Sing

An accomplished coach, elite athlete, wellness educator, and transformational leader, Carla Yee Sing has dedicated her life to helping people unlock their highest potential—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Originally from Jamaica and now based in the Cayman Islands, Carla's remarkable journey is a testament to resilience, purpose, and the belief that true wellness is the foundation of every successful life.
Her professional journey is as diverse as it is inspiring. From working as an IBM engineer and hotel entertainment manager to becoming one of the Caribbean's leading personal trainers, group fitness instructors, and wellness coaches, Carla has consistently demonstrated that embracing change creates extraordinary opportunities.
A second-degree black belt in Taekwondo with more than fifteen years of training and over thirty international medals, Carla has built a reputation for excellence through discipline and perseverance. She has also achieved success in bodybuilding, fitness, and powerlifting, capturing numerous titles, including the prestigious 2004 WNBF Miss Universe Championship.
Her passion extends far beyond competition. Carla has trained female police officers in self-defense, completed advanced fitness instruction with the U.S. Marines Fitness Corps, and has spent decades mentoring individuals to develop stronger bodies, healthier lifestyles, and resilient mindsets.
