Bombers FC Elite Program

At Bombers FC Elite, players receive professional, structured training designed to challenge them and develop every aspect of their game. Our programme accommodates different commitment levels while helping each player improve their technical ability, tactical understanding, physical development and overall performance.

Every training session focuses on continuous improvement, whether refining individual skills, improving decision-making or strengthening team strategies. Players are encouraged to raise their standards, advance through the Bombers FC pathway and pursue opportunities at higher-level clubs, academies, colleges and professional teams.

Alongside high-quality training, players will compete in competitive matches and tournaments against strong teams locally, regionally and internationally. These experiences allow players to apply what they have learned in real-game situations, build confidence and prepare for the demands of higher-level football.

The programme is led by Ellington "Dunga" Sabin, former head coach of the Dominica Senior Men's National Football Team, head coach of the Dominica Inter-School Team and a Concacaf B-Licensed Coach.

Coach Sabin brings extensive experience, technical expertise and a strong understanding of player development to Bombers FC Elite. His leadership will help players strengthen their skills, improve their tactical knowledge and prepare for opportunities at higher levels of the game.
