Portsmouth Bombers FC invites players, families and community members to come together for our Community Health & Wellness Fair on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at Benjamin Park, Portsmouth.

Our commitment to the community extends beyond football. Through this initiative, we aim to encourage healthier lifestyles, raise awareness about preventive care and connect residents with practical information to support their wellbeing.

Whether you are a young athlete, a parent, a senior citizen or someone looking to take better care of yourself, we welcome you to join us.

What to Expect

Proposed services and activities include:

• General health checks to encourage greater awareness of your health.

• Nutrition and wellness advice to support healthier everyday choices.

• First aid information to help individuals and families become better prepared.

• Fitness and physical activity to encourage movement and active living.
