Bombers U15 Climb to Third as U18 Set Sights on Gold

Portsmouth Bombers FC's U15 squad secured third place in the 2026 DFA U15 Tournament, improving on their fourth-place finish in 2025. Now, attention turns to the DFA U18 League, scheduled to begin on November 7, with the club determined to build on another strong youth campaign.

The U15 finish marks a positive step forward for the young Bombers. Their progress reflects the commitment of the players, the work of their coaches and the encouragement of families and supporters.

Every training session and match has contributed to their development, helping them sharpen their skills, strengthen teamwork and build confidence. Moving from fourth to third gives the squad an achievement to celebrate and a foundation for further improvement.

That ambition now carries into the U18 competition. After finishing second in last year's tournament, Bombers U18 are looking to improve—and there is only one place higher to go: gold.

The runners-up finish has set a clear target for the squad. Turning that ambition into success will require consistent training, discipline, teamwork and determination throughout the competition.

As November 7 approaches, the club encourages its U18 players to embrace the challenge and make every preparation session count. Parents, families and supporters are also urged to get behind the team as they begin their pursuit of the title.

Portsmouth Bombers FC congratulates the U15 squad and coaching team on their progress and looks forward to the U18 campaign with confidence and purpose.

U15 progress secured. U18 eyes on gold.
