Bombers FC Management Salutes Coaches Andy and Jude

At Bombers Football Club, we recognize that true development goes far beyond what happens on the field. Today, as a management team, we take great pride in acknowledging two individuals who embody the heart and soul of our youth program — Andy and Jude.

Andy and Jude are far more than just coaches on the sidelines. They are mentors, counselors, teachers, and at times even father and uncle figures to the young players they guide. Their presence within the club represents stability, discipline, and genuine care for every player who passes through their hands.

Their commitment extends well beyond training sessions and match days. They take the time to understand each player, to support them through challenges, and to nurture both their footballing ability and personal development. This level of dedication is what builds not only better athletes, but stronger, more responsible young men.

Across all levels — U11, U13, U15, and U18 — as well as within the Portsmouth Academy, their impact is evident. The growth, structure, and competitive spirit displayed by our teams are a direct reflection of their hard work, consistency, and passion for the game.

As management, we salute Andy and Jude for the tremendous work they continue to put in. Your influence is lasting, your role is invaluable, and your contribution to the future of Bombers FC and football in Portsmouth cannot be overstated.
